All Sales Are Final Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing by Happi Farms, all sales made through our website, https://www.happi-farms.com/, are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products or services purchased through our Website.

 

Exceptions

While all sales are generally final, exceptions may be made in the following limited circumstances, at the sole discretion of Happi Farms:

  • Damaged or Defective Products Upon Arrival: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please contact us at happifarmsofficial@gmail.com with details of the damage or defect, along with photographic evidence if possible. We will review your claim and, if deemed valid, we may offer a replacement of the same product, subject to availability. We do not typically offer refunds for damaged or defective items, but will work to find a suitable resolution.

  • Errors in Order Fulfillment: If we made an error in fulfilling your order (e.g., we sent you the wrong product), please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Contact us at happifarmsofficial@gmail.com with details of the error. We will review your claim and, if verified, we will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you or offer a suitable alternative resolution.

Process for Exception Claims

To make a claim for a damaged or defective product or an error in order fulfillment, you must:

  2. Provide details: Clearly describe the issue, including your order number, the specific product(s) involved, and the nature of the damage, defect, or error.

We will review your claim and respond to you with further instructions. Any resolution, such as a replacement, is subject to product availability and our sole discretion.

Important Considerations

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as buyer's remorse, incorrect product selection by the customer, or changes in preference.

  • Colors of products displayed on our Website may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings and are not grounds for a refund or exchange.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error in order fulfillment.

All Mushroom Spores sold on this website are intended for microscopic research and identification purposes only. Our goal at PremiumSpores.com is to provide the highest quality Mushrooms Spores possible, we take every step necessary to assure you are satisfied.

Mushroom spores are not intended for human consumption. We will not ship Psilocybe cubensis and Psilocybe Mexicana spore syringes to residents residing in Georgia or Idaho, as it is illegal to ship our spore as it is illegal to ship our spore syringes to those states.  Any order placed requesting these spores shipped to these states will be refused, voided, or refunded.
