Thank you for your order from Happi Farms! This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the shipment of your purchases. Please read this policy carefully.

We may offer free shipping on orders meeting certain criteria (e.g., orders over a specific dollar amount). If free shipping is available, the details will be clearly indicated on our Website and at checkout.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, select international addresses at this time, unless explicitly stated otherwise on our Website.  Contact us by email at happifarmsofficial@gmail.com for all international shipping inquiries.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website where you can track the progress of your shipment. Please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking information to become available.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier. Please ensure that someone is available at the shipping address to receive the package, if required by the carrier. If no one is available, the carrier may leave a notice, attempt redelivery, or deliver the package to a designated access point for pickup.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

While we take utmost care in packaging your order, items may occasionally be lost or damaged during transit.

  • Lost Shipments: If your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at happifarmsofficial@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and, if the package is confirmed lost, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement of the same product (subject to availability). As per our Refund Policy, refunds are generally not offered.

  • Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and the damaged items. Contact us immediately at happifarmsofficial@gmail.com with details of the damage and photographic evidence. We will work with the shipping carrier to file a claim and, if the damage is confirmed to have occurred during transit, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement of the same product (subject to availability). Refunds are generally not offered as per our Refund Policy.

8. All Sales Are Final (Related to Shipping)

Please note that as stated in our Refund Policy, all sales are final. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error in order fulfillment that resulted in you receiving the wrong item.

All Mushroom Spores sold on this website are intended for microscopic research and identification purposes only. Our goal at PremiumSpores.com is to provide the highest quality Mushrooms Spores possible, we take every step necessary to assure you are satisfied.

Mushroom spores are not intended for human consumption. We will not ship Psilocybe cubensis and Psilocybe Mexicana spore syringes to residents residing in Georgia or Idaho, as it is illegal to ship our spore as it is illegal to ship our spore syringes to those states.  Any order placed requesting these spores shipped to these states will be refused, voided, or refunded.
